Thanks! Finally I get a glimpse of Chen Yufei. A slim girl about the height of A Ohori. Will see how she will fare against A Yamaguchi, currently the best girls singles player in the world.

This Chinese youngster (Shi YUQI) was great in BS final. Very smart player, he would be world champion one day, mark my words.

The CHN coach looks familiar. Is he Dong Jiong?

It is too early to make any prediction. There are many good young players around. His height advantage and his better court craft allowed him to control the proceedings. I had no doubt that he would win.

Heard that Li Yongbo and Tiangyi are there to watch and support the CHN Team.

A tall order for Chen Yufei.

Goodness me, looks like it's going to be a one-sided match. Akane Y's court coverage and shot-making are just too good. Chen Yufei too passive at the moment.

Akane Y appears to have the strongest lower body of all ladies players, juniors and seniors, which enables her to move effortlessly across court.

    Chen Yufei at 1.71 m height isn't exactly short for a GS/WS.

Akane Y is very much a front court player, lots of drop shots and net play, yet Chen Yufei didn't seem to learn and got caught time and time again, boils down to her inexperience as well as overawed by the occasion, I suppose.

A bridge too far, one match too many for her.

A Yamaguchi is too fast and confident for CYF who seemed to me to be too laid-back,nervous and not proactive at all. AY played like a boy while CYF played like a girl that she is.

She is one of the future stars (only 17 year old?) but we may need a few more years to find out if she can make it because some young players started very well early but did not live up to the expections at later stage of their careers.
