Musica Champion v Djarum Kudus, 1-2. The fourth match (MD2) will determine who win this close tie, as last match (MS3) will favour to Musica through Lee Hyun Il.
Musica Champion and Unisys Japan advance into semifinal as group B winner and runner up respectively.
Jaya Raya v Taiwan Cooperative Bank, 1-1. Kenichi Tago surprisingly lost to Chu Han Chou in rubber games, 21-8 / 18-21 / 12-21.
Men's team semifinal (06.00pm, 2 courts) : - Jaya Raya v Unisys Japan - Musica Champion v Hi-Qua Wima Women's team FINAL => Jaya Raya Jakarta v Unisys Japan (12.00pm local time), LIVE on Trans7.
So the Men's Final later today is going to be Jaya Raya vs. Musica Champion... Since LCW is not playing in the final so I guess the Jaya Raya has a slight edge. They have Tago, Tommy and Hendra/Kido.
Congrats to Jaya Raya Women's team to defend their title def. Unisys Japan 3-1, also Mutiara Cardinal who secured third position as well Will Jaya Raya Men's team follow their women's team successfull to defeat defending champion Musica Flypower? We'll see today
I read in the twitter that she had to go back to Japan ASAP. But take that news with a grain of salt. I haven't read anything officially regarding that.
LHI is just too good indeed. Jaya Raya should have let Tommy Sugiarto play in the decider. Their MD, Septano, is the weak link and is always will be. They should have known that Musica will change things up since LCW is not going to play.
Wisnu is in Pelatnas and he can't even match up with a veteran who has been in and out retirement like LHI. It is sad. IMHO, Arief Gifar Ramadhan is more deserving a spot in Pelatnas.
Tommy was admitted to hospital before Semifinal...Angga was sick so Bona partnered with Markus....mitani was initially planning to play until SF only...
Defending champion Musica Flypower bounced back after trailing 0-2 against Jaya Raya yesterday. The winner is absolutely crystal clear when Ivanov/Hardianto surprisingly won over Bona/Marcus as last match Lee Hyun Il is strong fave to beat Wisnu.
