send darthhowie a PM. He does a lot of rackets for the GBC varsity players and club players. I get all of mine done by him; awesome string jobs and very reasonable prices.

    Useful info

That's a really useful piece of info.
I live in downtown and had to go to Max Sports (Steels Ave) to get my stringing done.
    Travell time = 3 hrs at least:crying:

    LOL ..
and that's only the transit time ;)
+ the temp was really low yesterday. I think it was somewhere around -20 to -25 with the windchill. I almost froze on the short walk between the bus stop and the shopping mall .. :(

Where do you live downtown? Brown's Sports is in the Bloor West Village, and they do quality work at a fair price. I've bought rackets there, and had rackets strung there. If you call them or email, you can get in at a decent time and wait for your racket to be done. The last job they did for me, I only had to wait 25 minutes.

    Hi :)
I live near River and Gerrard.
Well, I got my Cab 35 from Max sports and read good review of that. So went there.
I will definitely try out Brown's the next time. It looks like it will be faster to reach there.

Google map shows approx 45 min transit time via TTC to Brown's. That's really nice :)
