they are still new pair. fajar and yantoni is good. the problem is their errors. i could see that they were very nervous. the last 2 points are 2 silly mistakes due to the nervous.
rian/clinton is so so. but they play calmly. and have confidence. play safely againts fajar and yantoni. waiting them to make errors.

meanwhile, although rizko/wildan score againts reinard/pair was 21-19 21-19, it was an easy game actually for rizko/wildan. reinard is good though.

sigit budiarto was not happy after yantoni/fajar lose. he spoke a lot to the newly pair.
i think the BD pairs for WJC is still quite open. Rizko Asuro can be called.

yesterday, only managed to watch the last game (kevin/masita)

Hmm, despite the good thing about Rizko Asuro, i must admit that he is tiny and small. maybe only 160 cm. so i think it will be hard for Rizko to get into Pelatnas.

Meanwhile, Kevn is great when play mix double. i think, he should be fielded in XD, not jst in junior, but also senior career. he has the right attitude, and right game approach as an XD player. Masita Mahmudin is also a good talent. I like how she defense. raw talent, but has something needed to be good player

Kevin/Masita should be the first-choice in XD for both Team and Individual events. I think they even have a good chance of a medal!

They had beaten 3 AJC Quarter-Finalists (Chua Kek Wei/Yap Cheng Wen, Dechapol Puavaranukroh/Puttita Supajirakul, and Tang Chun Man/Ng Wing Yun) all in straight-sets.

in tangkas final, kevin/masita is still a class above ricky/ristya, especially in game 2.
i think yes, they have a good shot in winning a medal.

I would like to predict elite and potential players in Pelatnas next year :

    Elite :
Tommy Sugiarto, Hayom Rumbaka, Sony Dwi Kuncoro (might go out of Pelatnas), Riyanto Subagja (promoted to elite), Wisnu Yuli Prasetyo (I 100% believe he will still be in elite for another year)

    Potential:
Ihsan Maulana Mustofa, Jonathan Cristie, M Bayu Pangisthu, Fikri Ihsandi (could be), Arif Gifar (doubtly).

    others : out of pelatnas

Jonathan Cristie is the real deal...
now he is in QF in INA GPG, beat many higher rankings.
great! still 16 yo and the best one is that his age is real.
should be in top 100 by the end of this year.
really hope that he can live up to the hype

new talent Gatjra Piliang Putra, still 13 yo (born 2000), beat the highly rated Mark Alcala (arguably one of the best U-15 in Asia for the last 2-3 years). I will follow his development closely from now
I heard that he has a very mature and clever game play for his age.

Early bad result from our two XD pair that beaten by pair from not very strong country in two straight sets:
Arsya Isnanu Ardi Putra/Setyana Mapasa lost to Lee Yang/Wen Hao Yun, 15-21, 12-21. (Taiwan)
and worse Rafiddias Akhdan Nugroho/Febriani Endar Kusumawati lost to Terry Hee/Yi Ling Elaine Chua (Singapura), 16-21, 12-21.
I wonder what is so special about
    Arsya Isnanu Ardi Putra (Djarum)?
Why Coach Sigit (Djarum) split Fajar Alfian/Setyana runner up Prima 2013 which in SF beat very experience XD pair Trikus/Nadya. Fajar Alfian is very good and smart double player with good placing and hard smash and much much better than Arsya but why Arsya?

I agree, Fajar is very good. he is also very quick.
but Arsya is also good. look at his sirnas titles with different partners.
but something wrong with his mentality, i think

Arsya is weak mentally. Look at his AJC results with Yantoni. Very very poor performance in AJC+WJC.

I would prefer to choose Hantoro or Ricky Alverino Sidharta.

It's like Intan is good but hana is way much better so hana is the first choice. My question/concern why choosing Arsya i/o Fajar? Was it because arsya and coach sigit from Djarum?
I just really hope in new PBSI there is no nepotism or alike in selecting players. Especially in the coming promotion/degradation for 2014

no chance for Hantoro. he is very lazy on court. Ricky, much better. he has a great fighting spirit.
    looks like fernaldi gideon.

I really want to know what happened to Vito?look at what he said in twitter. I think he has such a huge problem. Can PBSI help him solve the problem, he is former national player. I hope PBSI can help him, especially in psychological term.

He's an example of a player whose talent got wasted due to personal issues. I hope the rest of the younger players like Ihsan Maulana, Jonathan Christie take note and don't repeat Vito's footsteps.
