A rising Marin, a very strong Intanon, whoever wins tomorrow between WSX and Sindhu is going to be tough advancing further.
feel sorry for Fischer/Padersen as they loose to unseeded pair, they often lose to "unknown pair" just like Sudket/Saralee but they are sooo good when facing the top pair like Duo ZZ, XuMA especially ToLyn
Day 4 was a day of huge upsets with the exits KSH/LYD (MD1), WYH (WS2), JFN/CP (XD4), and SJH (WS5). India will now have two women's and one men's players in the quarter finals which is good for a change and hopefully the Indian ladies could progress further. P. V. Sindhu performance against WYH was just great beating the Chinese in straight games.
in my opinion Liu/Qiu and Endo/Hayakawa are the best pair so far to compete Hendra/Ahsan, they have same game play and style, the one who will win is the one who make lesser errors I personally prefer Hendra Ahsan not to play againts those two pairs so hopefully AngRy can advance to QF today #Praying
Angga/Ryan Won the first game. YAY!!! if they win, then Chinese player can only rely on that old pairs. CY/FHF. ( i really doubt they can beat Ahsan/Hendra, they got demolished last time.)
I think Chai Biao/Hong Wei combination is better than this CB with Zhang Nan or CB with Sheng Ye. Too bad, CHN has lately been experimenting and mixing and matching the pairs that it messes up their WC preparation. Only the Liu/Qiu pair is firm up apart from the veterans Cai/Fu.
Quite an embarassment for WYH - to lose to an 18-year-old at her first WC and on home ground too. Can't say it's that surprising considering how much difficulty Sindhu gave WYH at the SC. If Sindhu beats WSX (and I fully expect she will) and meets LXR in the final, she has a very strong chance of winning this whole thing. Her much lauded team mate hasn't even managed a medal in the WC after how many years of competition? What an achievement for Sindhu!
