Dont forget that LCW has a greater opponent to beat before he advances to quarter final.

If LCW loses along the way, the title will be CL's.

as a fan ....we should respect both of them (LCW+Lin Dan). the contribution n & the spirit in badminton....if LCW & Lin Dan retire I believe badminton sport will become boring...not competitive at all...at the champion will go to MR LONG

LCW would encounter the first real challenge tom. Hayom has forced him to rubber game once, and he never lost with massive deficit.

I had been predicting in the past that LCW would win the title but....I was wrong each and every single time.

Hayom is a dangerous opponent these days and seems to have improved tremendously since Rexy
took over. He reminds me of Hafiz - tall, skillful but inconsistent - an upset not impossible.
LCW must try to win in straight sets.

He lost to him quite badly in Sudirman Cup 2011. But seems that Rumbaka is in good form...

I can't remember when Hayom was able to force Lee CW to rubber game. But I do remember he lost very badly in the quarter final of All England 2012 9-21, 11-21.

But seeing what he has achieved in the last IOSSP, hopefully he can give his best against Lee CW today.

He already beat him once, but it's not showing up in statistics. I can remember Gillian Clark commentating on that in the Sudirman Cup match.

i was really worry that when LCW lost the first set to Rumbaka. but props to Rumbaka, very good form, if he had lasted a bit more he could have beaten LCW, in my opinion. but glad to see LCW making past Rumbaka!

Next Olympics Rumbaka and Tommy Sugiarto will be strong contenders with Chen
Long established as world no 1.
Hopefully Malaysias Zulfadli and CWF will be up there as well.
