slightly disappointed. i was expecting a closer fight from Korea. Indonesia gave a better fight.

It might have been different if they weren't 0-2 down already when they played. In the back of their minds they knew there was little chance for the team to win no matter how they do.

even though Korea is the favorite to create trouble for China, it turned out Indonesia, whom was drawn into China's group took away the XD and MD.

LXL/QZH pair is really in top form. Basically they just come in the court and smash and then win the game. Quite superb performance..

In that sense both INA and DEN squads are somewhat stronger than KOR :p

luckily KOR didn't have to deal with INA or DEN in its half!!!

is that really the team lost 2-3 is better than the one lost 1-3 and they better than the one lost 0-3

Right, agree. First, this is a badminton forum, some or many people are put off by it. Secondly, the moderator can step in anytime to stop it and one side will be left stranded with no right of reply, so it's pointless. Third, politics like religion are usually divisive and most people argue from emotions not reasons, rationality has little chance and that's very sad.

indeed one can't really tell.... but it's also quite absurd to assume that a team losing 0-3 and all in straight is somehow better than those losing 2-3 or 1-3 to the same opponent

for sure i won't say that KOR squad is definitely stronger than INA / DEN in this Sudirman Cup :D they surely have their better or luckier draw(s) :p

Joachim Fischer, what disrespect to be screwing around while his medal is presented to him.

I guess only those who played get to stand on the winner's podium. Also no room to accommodate so many.

Liu, LYB's former boss, presenting the trophy to LYB. What a moment.

I think the guy standing next to Li Yongbo is the new head of the China Table Tennis-Badminton Centre whose name I cannot remember offhand.
