Sayonara to the country who said they're happy with the draw, but now they're kicked out :p Moral value : Don't underestimate your opponent !

I feel sad for MAS WD. They played all out.

8 quarter finalists are: CHN, JPN, KOR, TPE, DEN, INA, THA, GER..JPN vs INA would be very interesting, I'd love to see if INA can resume last Sudirman cup result, went through SF by beating JPN 3-2 (cross finger)

A big shock indeed for the host, failed to bag QF ticket. Credit to Birgit Michels who delivered 2 points with her partners! MAS WD has done their best but not enough to stop the underdog GER team. Waiting the knock-out drawing...

Yeaha We have made it!! Great team spirit from our Germans!! Nice, nice.

Malaysian badminton became ill. They have so many talents, but can´t produce steady winning players (except Chong Wei ofc).

Malaysia like most of other teams didnot had any regeneration specially in WS, WD and XD. They had WMC in WS and a very good WD. After they did not play, Malaysia did not had any good second tier player to cover them. Thats why they lost to Germany.

This is also the same problem for Denmark WS (after TIne retired) and so on so on.

denmark WS already showed some promise in Line Kjaersfeldt...malaysia has sonia cheah...but besides beating TZY in axiata cup (who actually takes it seriously?)...she hasn't showed much promise elsewhere
