Hii guys,
Last year i use Yonex SHB SC5EX (this has 3 layer or power cushion) now I use the cheaper SHB 73EX (this has only 1 layer or power cushion)..
I can feel the cushion different as it hurt my knee..
At my place the badminton court floor use a hard tile (house floor tile)..
Now the seller said the li ning has better cushion then the Yonex 3 layer cushion..
I cant try it as it all from local Indonesia online seller..
Any suggestion?
Thanks

if you want to add an insole (and i think you should if you're playing on concrete/tile), then one of the best would be spenco total support max

excellent cushioning, highly rated by forum members

i wear it in my daily shoes and my badminton shoes

if your local stores don't have them, get them from amazon or ebay

Hii,
is this the one? http://www.kedaiangkasa.com/product/324/spencoAE-gel-total-support-insoles/
I saw on this sticky thread about shoe review they always use SOLE Softec Ultra, what do you think about it?
And is spenco arch support (the stability cradle) is it from some sort of PVC material? I know SOLE mainly cover all the botom with some pvc material look a like..

Yes brother.. i trust you.. dude any suggestion which yonex give better cushion? Or I just need to search any 3 layer cushion and that would do the magic?

I had shb200, then sc5ex in the past. Excellent cushioning.

Recently using victor 9000ace, lighter faster more responsive but less cushioning. So I only wear this on mats. Whereas the above 2 shoes can be worn on hardwood. But cement, I never play on it as my bad knees can't handle it.

Sole softec ultra doesn't fit my feet.

The Spenco has to be the Total Support *Max*

Any high end yonex models are great on cushioning. LN high end models are suck, hate to admit it, but i was fooled by their cosmetics.

Try SHB SC6Ex, or SHB 65FT, or SHB 01. Three differents model with three differents purposes.

i recently bought a pair for li ning ayag 008, yellow ones. They are very well cushioned, i have had pain on the ball of my foot with previous pairs but this pair seems to do the trick!

Yeap. SC 6 stands for Soft Cushioning. SHB 01 series are equipped with more tech. SHB 65FT is below than SHB F1..in terms of lightness.

For your knee, i would gladly recommend that you wear a patella band on your knee, this will greatly reduces impact on the knees, best to avoid the injury before it's happens.

I would expect Adidas to have a new shoe with extra cushioning. They are a much bigger brand with greater experience in shoe design.

Vodude, i'm also got an injury on my left knee, and i wear myself a patella band on my right knee to reduce the force of impact everytime i'd jumping. Well, SHB 01 is focuses on techs such lateral claws, lateral shell, etc.. but what makes yonex number 1 for me is their power cushion.. i use shb92mx and shb 85ltd. Both are just great!
