[h=2]SHB-01MX Brand New Singapore[/h] I had a pair for selling. Size: 44cm- US 10 - UK 10.5 Singapore only. Interested pls pm me. Thanks.
Shoes available in SG now. Personally, I prefer the MX than the LTD shoes in terms of the colour. Yellow is getting stale for me. The prices of the LTD shoes are about 20% higher than the MX and LX.
On further inspection, I think it's just a normal z force but its tinted yellow as is most of the picture
Nope, the ltd uses double russel mesh while mx uses polyester mesh, the double russel mesh is considered an extra technology but I think it's just a gimmick though.
Yes the mesh on JP models is different, most visibly obvious on the tongue but I don't see it listed specifically as a technology. Hence what is internationally known as a "limited" model is nothing more than a regular JP model: http://www.yonex.co.jp/products/badshoes/power_cushion_01.html Also the white one is a mid-cut over there (and the ladies model not available): http://www.yonex.co.jp/products/badshoes/power_cushion_01_mid_1.html
There normally only are JP or non-JP(EX) shoes (for bags and clothing there are JP/EX/Sunrise yes). Only on a rare occasion there is an SP region release of a JP model not released elsewhere (like SHB-80). I don't assume there is a difference, your eyes tell you there is a difference. The yellow one is not even called "limited" over there and it has nothing to do with the special colour . If you want to see the real difference we must wait for some good pics to show up of the JP white/black/red model and compare it to the SHB-01MX but we have been through this at every shoe release for the past few years now so you might as well look it up for the SHB-102, SHB101, SHB100, 99, SHB85, SHB86 ...
I just bought mine. Arrived Tues and I tried them out last night. Here is my feedback. My feet are wide, so these shoes were tight at the mid section. Feet were painful. If you have narrow feet, then these shoes might work great for you. Surprisingly, it was easy to slip my feet into the narrow opening. Very soft. Eventually, I had to loosen the shoe laces even more and then they were good. It seems there were extra cushion under the insoles. I felt I wasn't as close to the floor as my previous Yonex shoes. As for looks, I think it is ok. Like someone else in the forum said, Yonex shoes are getting uglier. I'm in Canada and if anyone wants to buy mine, I'm up for it.
I'm used to wearing mizuno and these shoes feel tall and narrow in comparison. They have a soft feel wrapping around the feet. I just received my new mizuno and couldn't be happier. and if anyone in Toronto would like to buy the mx version off me, pm me.
