SHB89 comes in three colours: yellow, orange and silver (ladies) http://www.mattshop.com.tw/YY-Shoes-SHB-89MG.asp http://www.mattshop.com.tw/YY-Shoes-SHB-89M.asp http://www.mattshop.com.tw/YY-Shoes-SHB-89LG.asp http://www.mattshop.com.tw/YY-Shoes-SHB-89L.asp I stand to be corrected, the SHB89 (orange) was released in 2003 and the SHB89 (yellow) was released in 2004. Unfortunately in Singapore we are getting the old 2003 stocks (the orange model). You could find the yellow model at 10n10 Bras Basah, who quoted me S$139 or at the Singapore Open Yonex booth going for S$149. Interestingly 10n10 claimed to have bought all the stocks for the yellow model.
ok thx so much all of you because i plan to get that shoe when i go for my holiday.and thx 4 the prices too so that i can compare the prices.
erm can anyone tell me why is there a differance between the m and the l at the end of the yonex shoes.
oh ok saw the orange and yellow pair in hg sports hall sellign for $139.i will try and see if i can get that pair at around $100.
I reckon the best is $120....$100 only if u get a racket etc. Combo deal. Anyway why they sell SHB98 and 89 same price? Make the desicion difficult.
Sportslink having a sale till tomorrow, Sunday. I read from newspaper that they are selling Slazenger Court Shoes only for $19.90!! hmm... 80% storewide sale.. i kinda interested.. have anyone tried slazenger court shoes before? Oh ya.. btw it is at whitesands sportslink.. at pasir ris ^^
Yup a small little one, don't expect to see much except quite good prices. His sons are in the local badminton Junior squad....slilyso team mates to be. Is at the old hall not the side with the Fatty Wing resturant. Looking at main entrance to the old hall, turn left and u see a toilet sign walk straight down towards the toilet....just before tolilet is the entrance to the shop.
When Sportlink have such sale I alway "tarik" alittle cos every time the sizes are quite limited. I have not tried Slazenger but with alittle more you can get Gosen, entry level yonex etc. With alittle more u get newer stock and more sizes to choose from too. So unless ur shoe size is not normal say very small or big, I suggest u don't count on it, but if you happen to walk pass can see see. Alway i reckon they are tennis shoes not badminton...so quite heavy but will last you a lifetime.
any yonex shoes to recommend me guys.i play bad 3 times a wk.erm im still amateur slowly advancing to intermediate.currently holding a powerconcept 900 clone of mp100.price does not really matter here.i am planing on getting a shb-89m.
Well i believe they are sold in the shop in SBA beside the main entrance to the Singapore Badminton Hall it is there... quite small...however plenty of yonex mizuno and gosen shoes...
