How should I train my wrist?

    the powerball classic series, neon series, fusion, signature... all also same weight that is 260g... only that metal, metal light and that gold plated (Most expansive) is for the advance wrist training or collection purpose.. other than that, you can buy which one you like ^_^

    For UK site users, try argos. I bought a science museum branded powerball for £5 and it's great.

    I also use a 2kg clubbell (http://www.ko-sports.com/product/77537) which allows me to replicated racket movements for shoulder & wrist work.

    Which brand of powerballs are better? A quick google search...there's NSD Powerball, Dynaflex, Gyrotwister.

    I prefer NSD. Although i'm not entirely sure which is the best.
    Then again, NSD is where most of the world record holders get their stuff from.

    the most cheapest way to train your wrist is, First by a big bottle of water, cola whatever. You may drink it. all you need is a empty bottle. Fill it with water for a half and grab the bottle at the top and start moving just by using your wrist. It doesnt look fancy, but it works. A simple workout during a movie. Make sure nobody is watching ;).
