    While the hype goes on,

In the meantime, the disgraced Korean players were sent home while Wang Xiaoli/Yuyang and Greysia Polii were seen together enjoying their shopping spree.

    Priceless photo.

I kinda felt sad for Lee Hyun Il. As stated before, twice getting 4th in 2 editions of the Olympics. But he did got his revenge against Chen Jin in the Quarter-Finals. And to also steal 1 game from Chen Long the 3rd seed. He gets my respect. (Y)

I was watching the game between CL and LCW in the semis, LCW seems to be pretty well-rouded. He's using both his smashes and drop shots very effectively. He's using variety, surprise body smashes smashes, and even tries to anticipate some of CL's shot (by standing close to the net and taking the shot early). He even wins a lot of his net encounters. From the looks of it LCW has come well prepared and the showdown between LD and LCW will be very interesting.

His round the head down the line smash is lethal as well. It now looks very similar to LD's.

    LCW will take this final...

LD will not want the gold as much as he did in Beijing.

LCW wants this gold more than LD.

    Lee Chongers 2012 olympic champion!

Yes, I feel for Hyun Il too, Chong Wei at least had won 2 All England + being the King of the Super Series/Premium + fame&fortune ... That's the pity of NOT being the greatest but only very very very good player, hovering after retiring, quite typical in minority sport like badminton ;-)
Hyun Il gets my vote to!

To me, Lee Hyun Il is the greatest comeback kid in badminton. And Sho Sasaki the best late bloomer in MS.
