Did an overnight analysis on Abian and Koukal.

They are going to Taufik Hidayat a hard time. With Koukal's coach as Dicky Palyama, I think his game is raised to another level.

    Abian's stamina is unbelievable.

Which means Taufik is forced to show his true colours hence Lin Dan will be aware of it.

    Thanks:D

Actually, Dicky Palayama isn't really his coach, he's just been sparring with him and working on a few things, I have forgot the name of his full time coach :(

Errr, stop with the 'name calling' discussion please. Hehehe.

    So my dream scenario:

    MS
    Simon in semi final :)
(Beating unfit LCW and Kasyap P.)
    Peter Gade
(Is that too much to ask?)
    Jan O in semi final
    (Beat Chen Jin!)
    Lin Dan

    WS
    Wang Yihan
Tine and Nehwal? (Can't decide, they both get 'robed' by MKY in the last Olimpic, although Nehwal's lost is more painfull after leading 11-3 in deciding)
SJH (Hopefully LXR can't handle the pressure)
    JS (Wang Xin choke)

It will be freaking interesting if in SF there will be four different nations

    MD
    Cai/Fu
    Boe/Mogensen
    KKK/TBH
    JJS/LYD

    WD
    WXL/YY
Grey/Mel (Tough, but then again it's my dream scenario :p)
    Maeda/Satoko
    Qing/Yunlei

    XD
    Team GB
Tontowi/Butet (Butet is so deserve to have a gold medal, it's very unfortunate for her in Beijing)

(Since the scenario for doubles in quarter is group A vs C, I don't care the order I just want they're through haha. But it's unlikely though)

    Joachim/Christina
    Sudket/Saralee

    No China, Booyah!

Just a dream scenario though not a prediction.
I just hope that China will be going home with 3 gold medal or less :))
I don't even care if Indonesia can hold the tradition of going home with gold medal.

Any bad story's in your life which had to do with chinese or why this hating?
Or just damn jealous that China made it to such a great badminton country? ;)

I rather wouldn't care what other countrys will achieve. But I definitely would not hope that country xyz will fail or get bad results

topic change: Does anyone know why JJS is CJS now? I mean how does it come that they change the name - just right before the olympic tournament and probably his last tournament?

Winning picks are my objective. Players' actual performance & consistency/reliability & drawing position are the biggest consideration. Adventure? It may apply for other thing in other time but not now! :D

been discussed somewhere before, solely for visa/passport/security reasons, the korean team had to change it to match his passport so that he won't have any problem getting into london

I am going to Wembley to hunt down the Chinese team accommodation during the weekend.

If I ever bump into Lin Dan, i will warn him not to take Taufik Hidayat lightly and be extra careful of him.

Friend and I are also going to check out to see if we could find Taiphoon :)
