Denmark should be able to squeeze past Malaysia 4-1 or 3-2, high probability of losing the first point. Boe/Mogensen, if in form can easily take care of KKK/TBH. Jan O' Jorgensen will have no problems. 2nd MD might be a problem. This is where Malaysia has a chance to score an upset win as Mads/Jonas have not performed lately. 3rd MS... it all depends on Hafiz and his unforced errors to determine the result of the match. If Hafiz plays well, Malaysia can well take this tie. If the other Hafiz shows up, we will lose this. Conclusion : Denmark the obvious favourites, but it will not be a surprise if Malaysia sneaks past 3-2.

Looking at the schedule for TC Gp A, "IF" INA losses to END on Day 2, then INA has to field their strongest line-up against CHN in Day 3. For END to win against INA, I guess END needs to win the 1st Singles and 1st Doubles, and hoping to win the 2nd or 3rd Singles. Anyway, I am rooting for INA to win
Well, depends on how Mr yo-yo swings in 3rd Singles. If I may add, I think MAS 1st MD is also yo-yoing. Against DEN, I think MAS has good chance in 1st MS & 2nd MD. The 3rd point needs to come from 1 of the yo-yo (if not 2 pts)

Agree with you. Not a surprise if MAS wins, but the odds are still with Denmark in all except for the 1st MS which is to MAS. 2nd MS is confirm lost. Poor guy was meant to be sacrificial lamb from the start, when Hafiz decided to skip tournaments to lower his ranking.
Yeah, on paper it's tough chance for KOR to defend Uber Cup but no doubt KOR is major opponent for China despite they're only seeded #3. KOR is always unpredictable and full of surprise in team event...
Denmark will win it because i do not believe in MAS doubles. Actually they have gotten worst since TKH took over. At least during Rexy's time, our doubles are more competitive. Now, they tend to be more defensive and worst their defensive stance is so far back that they are vulnerable to drops.
