1997 in Jakarta -> Indonesia won
2001 in KL -> Malaysia won
2003 in vietnam -> Vietnam won
2005 in Manila -> Philippines won
2007 in Korat -> thailand won
2011 in JKT/PLB -> it is very obvious who will won the most gold medal

 

there is way too different compared with Commomwealth Games, Asia Games and Olympic Games...

we can say that if big countries become the host, they will won the most gold. Big countries refer to Malaysia, Indonesia, vietnam,Philippines and Thailand

sea games 1999 in Brunei and 2009 in Laos is not won by the HOST
