Dutch flags at half-mast. Eric Pang was knocked out in straight games by that selfish, unthinking, insensitive boy Tien Chen Chou from Taiwan, 23-21, 21-14.:crying::D:p Good thing the aunties are there to save the day... :D

Thai WD top seeds Duanganong/Kunchala took the first game away from Dutch girls Lotte/Paulien 21-17. They're really ratcheting up the level in game 2, leading 11-4 at the interval....

Young Rasmus Fladberg from Denmark has had quite a tournament so far! He mentioned to a paper yesterday in lighter vein that he means for Viktor Axelsen to be looking over his shoulder now. :D If Rasmus succeeds in knocking out Hsuan Yi Hsueh of Taiwan in the semis now, Viktor will have to take him seriously! :D

But! IMO the better chances are, the MS finals are going to be an all-Chinese-Taipei affair! :D:D:D

Were you implying he should forfeit his match to the host country? :crying:

Are you serious???! Its quite possible you didn't follow the flow of the post, but I repeat, that was in a lighter vien. Nothing serious or subversive was implied, and you can rest easy! :D

...meanwhile, HHY has just wrapped up the first game 21-17, but going by the stats, there wasn't too much to diffrentiate the players with. I think HHY should be able to do this in straight games. Unless Rasmus has a gear he's been hiding so far.... :D

...and just to prove the other point, Rasmus keeps HYH at bay, leading 7-3 now...

Wow! Young Rasmus has taken game 2 by the scruff! He leads 10-5 now, but he will be made to fight tooth and nail to maintain the lead after the interval. ...which comes now at 11-6

... 11-6 now; will it be a mountain too high for Rasmus now?

....and HHY wraps up the rubber comfortably, 21-13. Good fight there by young Rasmus! :D

We have an all-Chinese-Taipei MS finals tomorrow, between 68-ranked TCC and 4-ranked HHY. It promises to be an interesting match!!
