I am quite surprised USA has picked Sattawat over Howard Shu for their MS.

    This is Canada's team.
Representing Canada at this Games are:
    MS
    Stephan Wojcikiewicz
    Toby Ng
    WS
    Michelle Li
    Joycelyn Ko
    XD
    Toby Ng / Grace Gao
    Derrick Ng / Alex Bruce
    WD
    Alex Bruce / Michelle Li
    Joycelyn Ko / Grace Gao
    MD
    Adrian Liu / Derrick Ng
Leading these athletes are the two National badminton coaches Ram Nayyar and Jeff White

Who are the top 4 badminton countries in the Pan-Am? USA, Canada, Peru, and.....who is the 4th best? I really have limited knowledge of badminton in that hemisphere......

Guatemala has one MS player that's not bad... Mexico? Brazil? Argentina? Columbia? How are they faring these days?

Stefan Wojcikiewicz will cruise through to the semis and may find a lil obstacle there but should face Kevin Cordon of Guatemala in the MS Finals.
Michelle Li should be able to cruise through to the finals. She will probably face either Joycelyn Ko or Rena Wang. Look for a good match in the WS finals but I still see Michelle Li winning the WS.
in MD, Howard Bach/Tony Gunawan will win all their matches easily. Look for them to face Adrian Liu/Derrick Ng of Canada in the finals.
In WD, Grace Gao/Joycelyn Ko will cruise through to the finals in the top half. In the bottom half is a very good sf in Eva Lee/Paula Lynn O'Banana vs Michelle Li/Alex Bruce. The americans defeated BruceLi the last time they faced and I think Lee/O'Banana will win it all.
In the top half in MX, Toby Ng/Grace Gao will face off against a scratch pair in Howard Bach/Paula Lynn O'Banana with Toby/Grace winning and facing against Halim Haryanto Ho/Eva Lee in the XD Finals. Ng/Gao are 2-1 vs Halim/Eva but Halim/Lee defeated them the last time in a 3 setter. Look for Halim Haryanto Ho to have more fire and determination since he is officially now playing for USA.

BruceLi beat WangWang 21-15, 21-15 to capture gold for CAN in WD.

Sounds like a Chinese martial arts movie gone wrong ;):p
