    Puzzling strategy

Is a good lesson for Datuk Lee to learn if you don't bring your A game! I don't understand Chong Wei and his coach strategy, 2nd game worked so well then 3rd game chose to revert back to game 1 strategy, so passive until 3rd game was on the line and too late to fight back. I think over-confident might have a lot to do with it.
As for Chen Long, good to see a new star rising but please move away from those lousy attitudes as you may win few more titles but lose lots of respect from fan and players.

I think he does not like that CL make a call before line man. It is not allow to do that.

China is really good in producing world class players... Where is Msia Arif Latif who are as good as chen long during their junior years...

GC was just expressing her opinion though on these points i have to agree with her:

    1. China team having all these walkovers is a farce and not good for the sport... between the perceived manipulation of the rankings and giving your teammate a days rest

    2. Its unsportsman like to prompt the line judges... anyone who watches badminton knows that...

    3. after a match you should thank your opponent and umpires, for without them there is no match...

but then again different people have a different set of morals and ethics... its up to BWF to set the regulations to stop unscrupulous associations from manipulating the game...

a more acceptable explanation may read something like "LCW is simply not in his top form today" or "LCW had his luck slipped away" for losing in three sets with narrow margin...

OTOH CL is indeed a good player...among other he's also a good retriever, LCW couldn't just get point easily by his smashes as he's used to be against other players...

chen long is not playing clean!
yeah, he is in his good form today, but at the last crucial point,
he put up his hands and rushed out before the shuttle drop, and before the judge call!!
then he pointed at the linesman, and the linesman had to announce it's OUT !!
it could be IN because the shuttle seems to drop inside before bouncing out !!
i m not sure whether it is IN or OUT, but at least we should wait till the shuttle is dropped and wait for the judge call!!!
very angry at this chinese attitude!!
sorry if i offend any chinese supporters, but this's too obvious, look at the main judge, he was puzzled too!!!
where got people announce his own victory like that??
    cant accept!!

I'd give CL a pass on No. 2. It was out. He was just excited about the final outcome. Just a natural reaction.

LCW does not always follow No 3 either.
