Yeah, would be ridiculous if it was for diving . Only reason I can think of is for not making a continous run-up but that surely isn't a yellow card offence ...
Trying to be funny or not trying to ?. There is a rule against (not sure what they call it english) "spoiling the game" which apparently is a yellow card offence ... lot's of comments about the yellow card in the youtube comments as well from clueless viewers. In other football (sung by Hayley for all you fans out there )
I think it's called "bringing the game into disrepute". Can this be referred to : http://www.lanconjfc.co.uk/index.ph...e-into-disrepute&catid=50:club-news&Itemid=57
Hey I like it Several of the favourites have struggled in but won their openers. NZ made loads of mistakes in beating Tonga. France was pushed all the way by an enterprising Japan. England just managed to outlast Argentina.
I think that one is for off field behaviour but perhaps it's for both on and off. The only thing I can see in the FIFA rules that could apply is "unsporting behaviour" (there are seven offences that warrant a yellow). Iirc once upon a time they called a foul for holding off the ball in the corner to waste time but not anymore ... Just started watching today, opening ceremony and NZ game, in the 2nd half now but already read the gamereport and all yesterday so a not exactly unexpected better 2nd half by Tonga. I believe our local broadcaster will show a few games on their digital channel and website starting tomorrow with South Africa . But I can dl probably every match in full HD anyway (not that I will) As for Japan, from a France point of view 21 points by Japan is just unacceptable . But the World Cup should have been taking place in Japan only commercial interests are behind it taking place in NZ this time around (which was quite a big item of criticism back a the time of the decision)
Could have been a lack of commercial opportunity as well now that I think of it (as point of criticism). Small stadiums, small population and at the edge of the world . Sentimental pick over the development in rugby if it were held in Japan. 2015 will no doubt be in the UK and Ireland. Ah yes those were also decided already 2015: England; 2019: Japan. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Rugby_World_Cup#Bids
we're going to be playing Shrewsbury Town in an hour or so. If we can't win that game then we might as well just give up for the season.
I have been watching Arsenal for at least 15 years, always my fav to watch. But I have to say this current Arsenal team is the worst ever!! I could no longer see the "Arsenal way" of football. Hopefully its just a temporary. Go Gunners!!
Same here. Surely the worst side of ARSENAL football. Defender to me is the MAIN problem troubling the gunners. And offensive part, The gunners have no idea to score goals.. Could be the player factor though,
