We're very lucky in Thailand, a local cable channel will be showing the quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals live. We also get the BWF livestream without any problems.

Just about everyday there is a replay of a fairly recent tournament matches on tv, and Star Sports out of Hong Kong replays matches from the Chinese Badminton League on Star Sports here. I guess we're pretty lucky compared to many other countries.

Happy that they are showing matches here (China) on CCTV 5 and some of the other channels a well. Whenever not training Im in my room watching TV to see if theres some badminton of the days matches at WC. They advertised they will be showing something Live though from a certain point on, couldnt tell what though. Something I would never get to see in Canada, no livestream here for me though :( Youtube is blocked.

If you search hard enough, there's almost always live streaming available in Canada so don't knock it. Plus the BWF live stream IS available in Canada with English commentary but NOT in China

Livestreaming in China is so well controlled

    .
:D:D:D Livestreaming in China is so well controlled, that I am not surprised that you cannot watch live Badminton, other than through Chinese TVs.

MNCTV no longer broadcasting WBC in Indonesia. Tonight and tomorrow night they will broadcast English Premiership instead. I'm a football fans too but it makes me pissed off. The media only complain about Indonesia's declining but never give enough support. Aaarrrggghhhh !!!

In Poland there is live broadcasting by Polsat Sport News and not always live by Polsat Sport Extra. Approx. 6 hours per day.
