    Hii,
Do you play the game for fun, for tournament or do you bet in the game?
This is just a simple mind game, its a distraction to make you un-focus, you should be able to control your self here..
This usually happen if the opponent affraid to you or less good then you..
If I were you, I will try to ignore, dont mind any stupid things the person do..
Last couple months my points was 18 and my oponent is 11 or 12, I always protest anything my opponent do, but at the end my focus was away and I lost the game, 18-25.. (we play classic rules to 25 points)
Since then I always try ignore them and keep my focus..
    My opponent like to:
-resting, clean the floor (due to havey sweat - he took of his shirt), talk/teach his mates before serve, serve above waist (just as it a fast drive), squish his pants due to heavy sweat, squish his grip due to heavy sweat, like to make a fun of his opponent, before serve again try to talk to his opponent or his partner and the best part and it really happen, he change his underwear due to heavy sweat.. hehehehe..
