    I'm guessing that

    A) Cai/Fu are getting just a little bit tired, thus not attacking quite as sharp
    B) Jens/Martin needed the first game to figure out how to play in order to take the edge off the hot youngsters...

    I think if the Danes can play smart and keep the pressure on, they'll have a very good chance to take the rubber. To me Cai/Fu always seem slower by the 3rd game. And if the Danes can reach 10 or 11 first, I think Cai/Fu tend to choke due to lack of experience and their younger age. However, if Cai/Fu can keep the Danes pressured, and out maneuvre them with their speed, bursting ahead in score enough times, they could take the rubber as well.
