    Twister Girl did give everyone a very good suggestion,
    is every players obligation to "actively search for your own compatible group",
    well said twister girl, in addition to her quote, i would say,

    if you play in any badminton team, (especially as a first timer) never ever think that is the groups better player obligation to pairing with you for a game,(unless you are of equivalent level to them), we must bear in mind that everyone is also looking for a good & competitive game, so if got chance to play with the groups good player, just take it as a bonus.
    Don't feel bitter just because never had chance to spar with better player.

    Compatibility works both ways...

    COMPATIBILITY actually works both ways....

    If someone joins us and is unable to catch up with the skills and pace of games, that's incompatible. :p

    If someone joins and finds our team members unable to catch up with his/her pace, that's ALSO incompatible. :eek:

    Many good players had joined us for games before and some are really just too good! Thanks to them for the pointers and exchange!

    In order for us to attract good players, our team must continue to improve, so that good players finds us as a compatible group to join. Vice versa.... ;)

    Easier said than done! But ultimately... Enjoy Badminton!! :D
