I can answer that shaft serial is your racket number, for example "2999859" means your racket is the 2999859th racket that Yonex made cone code is DDMMYX X doesn't have means DDMMY is date DD: day MM: month Y: year your cone code (140882JP) means this racket is produced 14 august 2008 your racket shaft serial number is too low, the front number should be around 6-8 for 2008 (means Yonex already produce 6-8 mill rackets up to that date) but in your racket is 2mill something which means a counterfeit

Although the date makes sense...rackets produced during that time would NOT have such a low shaft serial. Care to share some photos?

For that date...the serial should be MUCH larger...where exactly did you buy it from? It is counterfeit!
I asked you where...and during the Expo doesn't mean its genuine. By the way, does it have JP on the shaft?

Checked on the Serial Nos. of the ARCS 7 at a Sportslink shop..on the shaft- 7215xxx..code on the cone = 23-covered by hologram. Serial # no larger than 7611138. There is no JP on the shaft. Item bought by a friend and just mailed to Sg one week ago. Don't know the exact location bought.
