    It's already a foregone conclusion, AG gold is de only medal still missing from super dan's trophy cabinet. it is also the main highlight of dis year.

    datuk doesn't stand a chance against super dan and he had already prepared his list of excuses.
    pralinescream's prediction
    Super Dan 100-0

    RM80K for Gold, RM40K for silver, RM20K for bronze, same as Commonwealth as for some sports CWG more competitive.
    BAM will give incentives also, AG is higher $ than CWG

    this is the only major medal missing from LD trophy case, there is no question that he will want to have the AG gold in there too. it is not as heavy as the Olympics, but heavier than all other medals. even the WC ones that he got. it will be unlikely that he will get another chance at it. deep down, he wants it, he knows, we know, the world knows.

    tonight match will prove or disprove a couple of thing.

    firstly, it will tells us if SuperDan is really SuperDan and is able to rise to the occasion at will. we saw it once 2 yrs ago in Beijing, will we see it again?

    secondly, there have been a lot of speculation that LD is getting old, slow and not in form anymore. it will be the chance to prove or disprove these critics. he wants it and we will see his true form once he steps into the court.

    thirdly, it will show us if LCW is mentally strong, or will he again crumble under final match pressure or not.

    let the better player win.

    I am sure LD can complete his prestige titles tonight: WC, OC, AE,...AG

    compared to:

    TH: WC, OC, AG...no AE...
    LCW: as far...not yet...

    Come on... Commonwealth gold medal cannot be considered really prestigious....
    The main competition is from Rajiv Ouseph or an Indian player no offence.
