1.If you have one, shouldnt you be able to answer that? 2.Did you not even try the racket before you bought it? 3.Do a search
go easy on him.....he is only 13....he must get encouragement from *adults* that he is good, and that what he has is good it is a good racquet. I will buy one when i have enough money
yeah... be proud of it as it is quite a flexible and forgiving racquet yet you can generate good clearing and smashing power out of it. you'll like it as it is one of the many Yonex racquet BFers recommended. now work on your technique to underleash its full potential. gogogo
Ok, point well taken. I was under a lot of pressure today at work, if I said anything too "negative", please excuse me. For MP88, it's light and flex. Therefore, if u have weak arm, or prefer the quick swing over powerful strokes, it might be a good fit for ur game and future development.
can we expound on the topic of rackets for the weak-of-arm? do i take it then that rackets with stiff shafts such as the iso-sx, ti10 and mp100s are generally not suited to those with weak swings? what other rackets would a weak swinger benefit from?
The only solution for people with weak swings is to practice the swing. Maybe even get a heavier racket just to build muscles. When I started badminton, my swing was weak, and today, it's a different story. Buying a racket to suit a weak swing is NOT the solution. MP88 is probably a fine racket..whether you like it is a matter of taste...which changes as you play. Like how I didn't like Ti 7 before..and then now I like it. I suggest you play with MP88 and see if you like it..if you don't, save it for later or sell it even.
Glad that u like ur purchase, and no doubt about ur bright future. Keep working hard, and we might have another world class elite in the very near future.
