I've searched and most of the results dated more than at least 1 year ago. Nobody seems to have posted anything about their personal experience and that they would definitely order with them again. I just want to know if anyone has ordered from them recently and how was the experience? They do respond promptly to order quotes but when I ask them if my order has been shipped, not a word. I paid with Paypal and I don;t care if they are legit but after 45 days if they haven't sent me news about my orders I will probably start a dispute. We're not there yet, I might just be over reacting. What are your thoughts? The only reason I shopped with them was because they have a nice collection and it wasn't too expensive.
what r u buying? Racket or shuttlecock? Recently the chinese custom impose a new rule that any goods ship into or from china worth more than1000RMB (about $150 USD) will pay tax. In term of shuttlecock, I don't see a good price, they are at least $1 more for a tube. And if you are buying yonex racket, why pay a little bit more to but locally and get the life time warranty?
What about Customs? Maybe you can contact them if they have a package addressed to you in hold? [ Buying locally still won't give you Lifetime warranty but at least you should have a year's worth ...] Thought you were already waiting 45 days! How long have you been waiting?
They responded me today. Told me I should receive my items in 5 days approx. Maybe I was overreacting, but still kinda slow processing. It's been almost 2 weeks and they just sent it.
I bought from BBE almost 1 year ago. Asked for the price and they replied promptly. After they confirmed my payment thru Western Union, they took only 2 days to send the cargo out of China. They provide the courier tracking number, and from there is up to how fast the courier package can reach you. Get the tracking number from BBE, and you can always check where is the cargo online.
