When a player/players really put in plenty of efforts in their daily training routine and also prepared well for upcoming tournaments, the results would definitely surface. In this WC edition, we can see it from Wang Lin and Zheng Bo who got reprimanded for several months (for poor performance and bad conduct) and came back to win in their respective discipline. I believed this was achieved only when these individuals reflected on their weaknesses, accepted it and have the courage to work hard until they reach the winning level again. Similar situation applies to all the worthy World Champions yesterday especially the dominating Chinese WS that once again stamped their authority after failing in the Uber Cup final. The same can be mentioned on Koo/Tan as many forumers acknowledges their improvements and good show put up in the WC. This was because they more or less did the right thing as all the champions mentioned above did but just not enough yet. But, if they continue to walk on the hard but right path like the Chinese did on a long term and consistent basis, put their heart and soul to it, achievement and result is just a matter of time. Keep it up!
THink for yourself I thought we not yet analyse? General trend got lah. Ya, as if. I'm waiting to see what you all will critize when they lose during Japan SS & so on(this for sure will happen)....without considering what could be the strategy/reason behind it. Your heart bleeding is it? Got go check doctor? Anyway, this WC, lest I forget, credit should be given to Pang, KKK/TBH's results still best when Pang is there, sharp guy this one.
This Pang..........I can hear he always reminding KKK/TBH during the match vs LYD/JJS..........by shoutng 'wake up....wake up....'..........if i am not listen wrongly.....LOL Like our players always lost focus during matches.......hahahahaha
LOL, your ears & my ears different tune or what. One time I heard Pang said in Cantonese "Ehm sai kup, teng ti leh" very loud - means 'Dont rush, keep steady.' It does sound a bit like 'wake up' in English, hahahaha. TO my ears, Pang was saying - 'Ehm sai kup' or 'Ehm hor kup' many times, i.e. telling them dont rush (play patient game), which they did
And add Thomas Cup and Sudirman Cup titles too. All this pair need is OG 2012 gold medal. It will not be easy cause MD is the most competitive event. But they get the best chance to win it as long as they keep up their level of play.
Haha, I think Jasonmarc & I watched the same video that has been downloaded from the vid sharing section. Uploaded by Vaido http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?113-Badminton-Tournament-Video-Sharing One of it is at 2nd set, during replay, 15-11.
Not only these...While KKK-TBH were leading JJS-LYD in the 2nd set,I heard Pang reminded KKK :"Ah Koo,Ehm Hou Wan ar" in Cantonese, means don't play play or fool around.haha.
Have to say KKK-TBH tried their very best, despite the lost they still can walk tall! They have finally "wake up" after the "long sleep"! Too bad, they still lost...They just lack the confidence and the finishing touch when up against the more experienced CY-FHF. For CY-FYF, very very very impressive! After losing at the Olympic 2008 to MK-HS, they never give up and have bounced back greatly. They helped China to secured the Surdiman Cup & Thomas Cup.Not only that, for personal pride they redeemed themselves by captured the AE 2010,WC 2010.Kudos to them! I admired the most what CY-FHF were saying:"It was only the process despite winning the WC 2010,our ultimate goal is the gold medal at 2012 London Olympic!" This should be the spirit of the champions.KKK-TBH should learnt from them.
I must say they are good players with fighting spirit, even though they lost the game, they still ranked the first double! it's jus tat they got affected easily by external issues, hoping to see them improve and being consistent.
You are flattering me, I dont have such power la...........but I just did what a supporter need to do only............ Please dont talk about 'critism'....someone might not like it, u know....?? hehehehehe
Yes, they used to be like that, thats why the coaches have keep on reminding KKK 'Emh hou wan !.....ah Koo !.....' KKK is famous with his 'over-do' fancy shots...........coaches were so aware and worry about that !!
