He was about to rip his shirt off and dance while smashing away during play but thought it would be embarrassing for the opponent to realize the talent gap, therefore he restrained from doing so until the very end:D! Bwahahahahahahaha!

when surrounded by boleh fans, it is sure hot in there but bwf regulation prohibit players in play to go shirtless, so LD has to wait til it's over. :D

    Badminton-It's Lin's era now, says post-prime Taufik
    Mon, 17 May 06:12:00 2010

Indonesia's former Olympic champion shuttler Taufik Hidayat said he was past his prime after failing to halt Lin Dan and the Chinese juggernaut in the Thomas Cup final in Malaysia at the weekend.

China demolished Indonesia 3-0 in Sunday's final of the biennial men's team tournament after Olympic and world champion Lin had crushed Taufik 21-7 21-14 in less than an hour.

"It is indeed Lin's era now. If I was still in my golden years, I would be able to overcome him, but I'm past my prime," the 28-year-old Taufik told Monday's Jakarta Post.

"I regret this defeat but I admit Lin's technique and physical condition was better.

"I tried my best to handle him, but it was difficult."

Taufik, who won the men's singles at the 2004 Olympics, appealed for his country to do something to produce a new wave of players to replace him.

"Now I'm the first singles in my sixth Thomas Cup. There must be something wrong with the young players' development," the 2005 world champion told the Jakarta Globe.

"(On my debut in 2000) we could hardly select the names to fill in the lineup because we had too many good players, but now we have no more choices.

"I really wish this could be my last Thomas Cup."

Hello everybody. Lin Dan is one of the best Player and I adore his Badminton-playing. I've seen this video on youtube about Lin Dan and I don't know, it's fake or real. I suspect it's possible, but LD plays that like nothing special. Can you tell me if it's real or fake?

    Thanks

LCW has a great car, LD has a shitty Car... But they are not allowed to use their car on the badminton court (if they would LCW would crush LD :) :) )

LD has a better racket, LCW has a better car :p :D

    ahhh, here lies the difference.
Nissan gt-r rely heavily on JP electronic and mechanical gizmos to shine, the driver can be a dummy but can look like being in control because of the beside the scene JP electronic/mechanical wizardry. Porsche is a driver car, less complex, more connection to the driver's command, require more driver intelligence to bring out the best of his machine. Kinda reflect reality doesn't it;):p

Funny it seem asian like european cars and european like japanese cars. :D

    Nissa GTR > Porsche Cayenne

Porse GT9 by RUF > Nissan qashqai ...

Just as with badminton makers, brand is irellevant.. model and particular model of car is relevant to compare..

I don't think "the stig" in top-gear and the drivers pushin the GTR on 7:28 round nürnburg ring could be labeled as "dummy" drivers. Just becuase some cars are "easy" to drive doe not mean they cannot challenge a driver (if the limits are to be pushed)..

But we are talkiing about Porche Cayenne here.. That is not a "real" prosche to begin with, its a f-ing SUV!!! For rich people who cannot drive at all but wants a "porsche"... Sadly that makes me suspect LD is not a very good driver, but he as a lot of money to burn, because he is so wonderfully good at something much more important than car-driving :D :D

Maybe LCW isn't a gerat driver?!? who knows, but he has definitvely more of a drivers car... The GTR is a wonderful drivers car, despite (or maybe because) the electronic wizardry ?!?
