I can't deny that LD is superb tonight but Park Sung Hwan is a threat to him...during de QF,he can't def Park easily...With the tactic n strategy that Park played make LD headache..

If Park becomes a consistent contender for the Major tournaments and mops up everything else in sight (like LCW), then I won't be surprised if LD eventually unleashes his "oneness" on the tall Korean :p

Park hasn't done anything apart win the BAC back in 08 against CJ.
He even lost to Chan Yan Kit last yr.

haha...but the style that Park play only can restrain LD like the newspaper stated LD deny that Park was trained to restrain him... but i think it's true..

Like the line judgement in the Korean opens etc?

The line judges in Malaysia are actually neutral and appointed by BWF.
A mistake by linejudge shouldn't mentally destroy Park. That's just not professional.

    My point exactly.

If LD wants to unleash his transcendent potential on PSH, then the result will be similar to what you saw at OG 08 - where LD beat PSH 21-8 21-11

I have said the same thing as you way long time ago..that when LD lost to Choi some BCers said LD is on decline. I said he will rebound simply of his pride, hate-to-lose-attitude and his only remaining goal is OLY12 gold, not these SS thingies. I said he will be back, man, he did come back in a hurry and what an awesome display and to do it right at KL winning the important first game, sucking the air from the MAS team and the series was over at that point. What more to say?

But if you watch that match, you will see that each point is a good fight. PSH is a guy who, when facing LD, seems to be better than he really is; On the other hand, LCW often seems to be worse.

I haven't got the chance to watch the match yet. Suppose LD is back to the level of OG08. Then what puzzles me is that, how did he do this in just one month? His form in BAC is actually worse than in TC08, not to say then he had 3 months to prepare. Is there a secret method used by LYB? Maybe we can find out after LD retires.

I agree, Park Sung Hwan has an advantage over Lin Dan, technically Park doesn't make many mistakes, shots are decent, fitness is not bad, always going into the match with a strategy and physically taller.

I really wanted to see PSH vs LD but I missed it that day.

LD has been dominating the MS world for 3-4 years already. He's on top of the world ranking since then.He is the best MS player for this 3-4years,whether we like it or not.

But for the sake of badminton sport delevopment, maybe the CHN team can put on a brake or something to wait for the other countries to catch up?Otherwise, badminton will be as boring as pingpong later on,when everytime is china,china,china...LD,LD,LD..Aiyo..
