if you system support chinese and you can read chinese, goto www.baidu.com and search for pptv, install the program, under the live TV list, go for the GDTV sports (HD). Quality is very acceptable. Another quick and easy solution, go to this website: http://wwitv.com/tv_channels/7025.htm , it is in english, for some user, after the webpage loaded, you may have to allow your web browser to the add on of media player. Quality is OK. Enjoy! PS: don't go for the CCTV5 official web broadcasting. you will get the message " this broadcasting is not available in your region", like the totalsport stream.
