    Look people.. be realistic..
    MY/CHN
    MS1: 50/50
    MD1: 50/50
    MS2: 20/80
    MD2: 30/70
    MS3: 40/60

    sorry side-tracked there..
really upset with the schedule...shouldnt we as the host get privileges to change our own schedule??

    anyway..

if things go right..ill say that our single is more than enough to beat them..
but then again, it will always come to composure and self-motivate..

Sounds a bit idealistic (for China). A little biased perhaps?

China will be the favourites for this match. They have a really great balance team. Strong in MS and MD. It'll be hard for M'sia...but letz hope that M'sia go against the odds.

Did you watch the match at the stadium? HTH created and won most of the points and Zakry messed up and lost them. Or maybe we see different things?
yes, I was just wondering why didn't they field Hoon's regular partner Ong?
Surely the quota's met when they field HH?
I hope they have the good sense of using Hoon/Ong to play CHN instead of some scratch pair. CHN wouldn't have any up-to-date video of Hoon/Ong so their MD2 will have to take their exam without rote preparation!
(Unless Rexy still does not like OSH; he should really put his personal feelings aside. Hoon/Ong are very interesting to watch. They are good at creating upsets.)

hahaha.. agreed with you on Zakry dude..
He give around 70% of those free and easy point to the Danes..
You stand a much higher chance not fielding him in semis..

i dont understand this percentage chances..
did you guys include also outside factors such as nervous, home-advantage, pressure, bad called from ref, psycho-ing oppenents...etc etc

then, it is pretty much 50-50 for everyone...it come down to who come out strong first and made lesser unforced errors...

There is so much hype for this game since neither Japan nor Korea stands a chance vs China so...

why not focus on the game we have been waiting for which is LD vs LCW

those 2 have not played each other for a while and if LCW loses, MAS has 0 chance

doing real probabilities, if Malaysia's victory is conditional on both LCW, KKK/TBH winning and giving them a 50/50 chance, thats only a 25% chance of this becoming true and if u factor the even lower prob that a 3rd win, MAS chances only range around 10%

malaysia is cleary an underdog but it is the only underdog that has a remote chance of leaving a mark

but as a site note... they lost to Japan which stands no chance vs China... that goes a long way to describe MAS' chances

China has a clear win in MS2. MS3 favors China if nothing strange happens. Other than that, MS1, MD1, and MD2 are just 50:50 chance.

Of course, MAS has every chance to beat CHN. Even WCH after a day's rest.
    Remember this is played in
the Boleh fans' territory, not China.
Out of the five matches, MAS only has to win three.
MS1 : Can (because WR1 in top form.)
MD1 : Can (because WR1 in superb form.)
MS2 : Can (because of crowd support.)
MD2 : Can (if they have the good sense to field Hoon/Ong.Otherwise cannot.)
MS3 : Can (because of crowd support)

i know u r happy now but i say u had your expectation of MAS set too low before, this is likely your relief post instead:p

to have #1 ranked MS and MD playing and reaching the SF is not exceeding expectation in my book.

Malaysia had a higher chance in 2008 to win over China, they had 3 strong MD pairs but they still couldn't win over China.
