Both Fabrienne Deprez and Carolina Marin are the top 2 European Qualifiers for the YOG.

In my list, these are the players who have qualified for YOG for BS:
    Pan-American Qualifiers
    Mario Cuba Rodriquez
    Job Castillo

    Asian Qualifiers
    Huang Yuxiang
    Loh Wei Sheng
    Evert Sukamta
    Pisit Poodchalat
    Sai B. Praneet

    European Qualifiers
    Kasper Leihikonen
    Quach Fkemming
    Lucas Claerbout
    4-SYOG(E)
    Nick Fransman

    World Junior Championships
    Viktor Axelsen
    Riyanto Subagja
    Kang Ji Wook
    Liu Kai
    H.S. Prannoy
    - meaning 2 more spots available for those placed 9-16. Zulfadli still has a chance.

    GS
    Pan-American Qualifers
    1-SYOG(PA)
    Katherine Winder Cohella

    Asian Qualifiers
    Suo Di
    Sapsiree Taerattanachai
    Choi Hye In
    Sonia Cheah Su-Ya
    Rena Suwarno

    European Qualifiers
    Fabienne Deprez
    Carolina Marin
    Sarah Milne
    Lea Palermo
    Yelzaveta Zharka

    World Junior Championships
    Naoko Fukuman
    P.V. Sindhu
    Misaki Matsutomo
    - 4 more spots available for those placed 9-16. Amazingly, Deng Xuan lost in R16  She should be one of the favorite for the 4 available slots.

If each country is only allowed to have 2 representatives, then CHN's 2 other GS and JPN's 1 other GS will not be able to qualify. Besides, Sapsiree has already qualified, which means that the 4 remaining spots should go to:

Deng Xuan or other CHN girl better than girl in the eventual placement
    Novalia Agustianti
    Tai Tzu Ying
    Josephine Wentholt

Do correct me if I am wrong in my analysis.

Next year, I am betting that one of the BD will be represented by Praveen Jordan/Rangga Yave Rianto. If we are bold enough, we might also want to include Kevin Sanjaya/Arya Maulana (or Kenny Putra). They will be 17 next year.

Fikri Ikshandi/Rico Hamdani will be another good bet.

Just home from work, some great matches still to come :D

Looking forward to see what Axelsen can do against Huang.

I think this will be MS semi-finals:

    Axelsen - Sai Praneet

    Poodchalat -Lui Kai

    For WS:

    Intanon - Marin

    Matsutomo - Suo Di

But off course I could be very wrong ;)

Kim ASTRUP/Rasmus FLADBERG beat Jones Rafli JANSEN/Dandi PRABUDITA 21-17 21-16

So Europe is now guaranteed to have a semifinalist and medal in BD as Kim ASTRUP/Rasmus FLADBERG faces Christopher COLES/Matthew NOTTINGHAM in QF.
