Hi all, i've just broken my ns8000 in a local tournament this weekend:crying:. It was just a little clash with my friend's racket ( babolat x-feel essential). His didn't get anything but mine broke at 3 o'clock..

So I've decided to buy another racket and found out 2 rackets : sotx woven 5a and woven 8. Does someone know wich one plays like my ns8k?

My style of play is mainly placement and I smash only when I have to although I'm trying to be more attacking. I love to play drop shot and at the net, my smashes are ok. I tend to use more my wrist. Oh, I play both singles and doubles.

I'm waiting for your advices :)

If you really liked your Nanospeed 8000, I'd say just get another one. Otherwise, the NS9900 and NS9000 would be the closest fit. The Woven 8 you mentioned is also a very good all around racket. I had one until I accidentally broke it.

    Thanks all for your reply.
I agree with you about getting another one ns8k but Yonex are out of my budget  and I want to try the sotx one.. Just wonder wich one is similar to the 8000.

I've just tried the woven 5A during 2 hours and wow, it was so fast! Faster than my ns8k. I had some mishits because of the lightness. Net play were really good, clears so easy and powerful smashes. I really like this racket :p
