your statement above is not clear, maybe you meant these coaches come in on short term contract, 2 to 3 yrs... then leave and if there is any breach in their contract they leave earlier..
Pressure forces BAM to rethink Kim Her's role (nst online) http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/articles/knk3rfvd/Article/index_html
Tan: It’s good to be home http://thestar.com.my/sports/story.asp?file=/2010/2/14/sports/5677614&sec=sports “Rexy asked me at last year’s All-England whether I was interested to return home. I said yes and he told me that he would speak with BAM,” said Kim Her. happy cny
Yes, you guys really deserve some rest after lots of talks about tan kim her too he too actually needs some break
im agree with u limsy... tan kim her has a proven record by guiding several successful korean md players... i think he can help our back up md to give kkk-tbh n fairuzizuan-zakry a great challenge for TC spot... anyway, we need to trust our local coach ability as well... rexy had done great job for the past few years and i was amazed with his achievement guiding kkk-tbh... i believe both men can co-operate with each other very well...
well fuzzy have a negative record against back up md and even koo/tan are not unbeaten against them and that is before tkh come
Rexy should definitely NOT QUIT. Rexy has done so much for The Malaysia doubles squad, from the "glory" in the 2006 Thomas Cup to the world number one pair. Kim Her is a good coach, no doubt, but can he emulate the success Rexy has achieved if he replaces Rexy.I think that both of them should work together, but then again "too many cooks spoil the broth" BAM should be smart in choosing the best solution for the players and the country.. Just my twocents..
