LD lose in Quarter final!?

I fully agree, LD was not in top form, but BCL was, it's not whos the best that usually wins, it's who performs better on court .

 

this is sooooo surprising. Never expected it at all.

 

Bao Chunlai crushed his earlier opponents. No surprise that he was able to match Lin Dan.

 

He was having top form in KO, slightly less than top form in MO. But from my observation from watching his game vs SWH yesterday he obviously not on the same form anymore. Hence the doubt of WR1 now. Hope that answer your question

 

My The reason is

For a player, you can't skipping/resting too long for not compete in tournament.. IF so, you are unable to catch up.. As a player, u have to keep competing in order to maintain your form... No matter what sports u are in.. Tennis or wat so ever.. If Federer will rest for 1 years of non competing.. He can't even play.

So, LD had started to felt the side effect

True, but no one wanna bet with me...I was in KL and NO ONE I talked baddy with would take LCW even up...there you go, so Limsy, anyone pick LD to go to the final would lose all BTW, I also said, I don't gamble with $$$, I invest in stock, bonds, funds, properties and my kids (now, this investments have no $$$ return, one way street)

You know XBall, my financial advisor once asked me for my tolerance on losing in investments...I said 'moderate' and definitely no gambling or risky venture, cos it affects me health and when it comes to health, no amount of money is worth it...so there you have it, I keep my land and properties investments and I bet you satay (all you can eat), teh tarik (all you can drink) cos' I am quite sure we will meet one day for me to collect

Haha, uncle, I would have taken it up. But true, many Msians would have same opinion with you & those you ask, 75% & above.

 

As ive mentioned in the other Lin Dan thread. If he played the way he played against Hafiz.. he will not be able to move on... it is going to be tough. And he did... he did lost to BCL. BCL played a superb match! Controlling all angles and was on the offense from the start.. he was dominating most of the time.

 

even dont want to download a game. dont like to see LD playing bad. If were great game and LD lost in some tremendous battle..
