I just bought this today, Fischer Black Granite COMP, 4UG5 with flexible shaft. Strung it with BG 68 Ti at 24lb :D. Played it for 2 hours and I had a miss-hit, the shuttle hit the frame and now it is cracked :crying:, very tiny crack, a very very thin line appeared on the frame, WILL THE FRAME BROKE?

Hi, I've been using RSL FP (79gm), would like to try Fisher. I'm interested in the X LITE since it's similar in weight. One shop is selling RM240 with bag + string.
Any better deal elsewhere in KL?
Any review for the X Lite?
    Tks.

    ok review.....fischer x-lite

name says it....it is light....head light

    stringed with BG 85 @ 24lbs

first using it was kinda weird because it felt too light but after playing a game with yonex nctuff 9 (head heavy)
it was quite easy to use. a very good racket for doubles.....while it says its a flexible racket....it felt more like mid-stiff flex

receiving and defending was a breeze with the racket offensive wise its ok...doesnt have the punch of a head heavy but the bg 85 made up for it.

definately a good racket. do note the head is slightly bigger than yonex so as to increase the sweet spot as the technology and writings say so.....does do the trick. the magnet thingy on the head i dunno wat it does though.

design is awesome with black and yellow mixture.....will post a pic of my racket later tonite

My wife is using X-lite as well and she like it better compare to proace platinum dream 4U. Easy to control and swing. BTW, she got it for RM235 without string. Is it expensive? :D

hi...beside x-lite...you guys have any others series fischer rackets?
such as black granite? (to reivew)
i feel that fischer is not famous but they actually produce great rackets with affordable price..
i used to test on a fischer x-01R...cheap and thought it is kids stuff...but at last it amazed me..but only for double game

    hi everyone,

i'm a noob to the forum but i've been playing badminton for a number of years. i've recently became active again and as a result bought myself a couple of new racquets. from the fischer lineup, i currently own a fischer black granite x-lite and fischer infiniti zeus.

i've played with the x-lite on a number of occasion and i'm surprised to say that i think its a wonderful racket. i've strung the racket with BG66 at 25lbs and for a light racket it does produce a powerful smash (not as powerful as head heavy attacking racket as others have observed). drives and baseline clearance was a breeze due mainly to its flexible shaft. defense and netplay was also good as the racquet lightness helps with the racquet speed. overall i think its a very good racquet that is very affordable for its class.

as for the infiniti zeus, ive just acquired it and haven't had a chance to play with it. its a completely woven racquet that is slightly heavier than the X-lite. initial impression from test swings feels like the racquet has more power than the X-lite and its also much stiffer. will update more about it once i've had a game with it.
