bin the chick, if she doesnt like our sport then she can jump in a bin! badminton blows you off steam. Ask yourself if you give up badminton and she dumps you, then thats both of the things you love gone. badminton before chicks every time bro.

If one is stupid enough to put badminton ahead of wife, kids(especially), and everything else, then he deserves to lose everything not just 50% of total asset.

you are right if putting aside the wife and kids but here we are touching on as girlfriend. so its best to part when your gf doesn't get along with your badminton provided you have tried your best to work thing out with her first ...

once you are married and the problem with your training is still there i don't think you are going to have a happy life..

..just my opinion and experience, now i make a living with badminton and have a wonderful family!:D

Ahhh... that's why one has to be smart enough to read properly to understand that we were talking about splitting up before getting married, rather than after when kids and property are involved. Kapiche?[IMG]

You're either A) a player who doesn't care much for badminton or B)You cling onto girls like they're your life - not a part of your life so that's why you'd give up sports for them.

Don't give up badminton because it's part of who you are. Dont let this girl change you.

To be honest she wasnt the right girl for me. If she was the right girl I would probably spend bit more time off court with her but with the ex, it came to the point that I didnt want to give up my sport at all because of all the s**t I had been through.

She actually apologized to me today. I txt her saying all the stuff she had put me through and I thought she would argue with me saying I was worse or whatever but she said she was wrong, and was sorry for being immature and childish and she meant it.

That was a shock but I wouldn't go back, going to find sum1 else but for now, the tournaments are in full flow so Im playing am much as possible and loving every second of it!!!!!!:D

Won't go back if i were you, Wouldn't want to make the same mistake twice would you? She is probably quite a insecure or possessive girl. Which guy can stand those combination?

I can see how your gf doesnt want you to play badminton.
    BUT
If she was your wife already, then she would DEFINITELY want you to play, more! Get your fat ass into shape! lol
A lot of my friends wives force them to play....:p

Best thing to do, is too find a gf, who plays badminton, and then not only do you get to spend more time on the court, but you have a mixed doubles partner as well !:D
