So, I've searched but nothing came up... It has been well known in professional athletes that abstinence is important for optimal physical performance and endurance. And some coaches have even forbidden their players from meeting with their significant others the night before...just in case. Something to do with the physiological changes during s3xand orgasm... that adversely affects the testosterone and adrenaline levels. For me, personally, yes. I've noticed somehow my on court performance and endurance is not my best if abstinence is not practiced. (Anyone know how to set up a poll? I can't seem to find the poll button... )
Kinda the same, related thread??.. ..if interested: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74645
ctjcad, It took you 21 minutes to detect this post, realize its redundancy, then link to the existing similar thread. Why so slow? Are you losing your touch?
Better yet, I propose we study on-court performance the day after vs. the number of times done the night before...THAT would be fun.
I believe *** before an important game is actually good for the player, but only if they don't have to work for it (ex: drink, stay up late etc.).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDFelcPAe2s Here is something that you might guys be interested in. I remembered watching this a while back. It also talks about yelling/grunting and whether it will help you. I think someone was asking about it in another thread. And for the females, here's your version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO3zO02Z8dk
Thanx for the youtube links, Joseph. That settles it then. Hope the wifey don't mind when I tell her I'll need her to help me more to win my badminton games...
That's assuming that you tell the truth to the wifey! Or else she'll have to go along to the club to keep track of your scores...
