    the outer part of the shaft looks like being cut by a bravesword or slashed by a z slash as the cut line is quite straight...:eek:

    Got myself a bs10 from chris, somehow, I don't really like it. Still prefer my bs09 and bs11 :eek:

    Claim of Z3000 accepted

    Hello everybody,
    I just want to inform you that my claim of broken Z3000 was accepted very quickly. I must say that I´m delighted at this clear approach without obstructions. There is only one problem - Z3000 is not instock. So, now I´m choosing something similar. I´m thinking about Super Nano 3 and Challenger Ti 79. So, thank you guys for your tips and suggestions.

    hey guys. i have just bought a victor super nano cls 08 just a mth ago. and on the 3rd time of using it, the frame cracked. do u think it's possible to claim?

    You bought the racket from who, if from chris u can try exchange it to a new one from Mr Chris!

    If u break it , by crashing with your partner , no way u can exchange .

    I have visit Chris Shop many times & find that Victor product is excellent with cheap $$$.Everything is Worth for the price.

    1) ANG MO KIO SPORTSHOP will be closed from 12/02/2010 to 18/02/2010 for Chinese New Year.

    2) 51, Jalan pemimpin Outlet will be open from 17/02/2010. Operating hours 9.30am - 4.30 pm.

    New Year Special: Additional 10% discount for Victor shoes, rackets and wears only on 17/02/2010 and 18/02/2010.

    Ok, thanks for the info. Any kind people can update the price of the racket such as BS10? So i can calculate out the discounted price for the BS10. :D
