yes, but then WYH defeated LCLY in the individual event. So, history might repeat again if CXJ could defeat TJY in the individual event :D

I hope BAM can see the comments here although unlikely:eek: and finds out what went wrong in the past. Don't let us see another China's junior champion rises up in the future while TJY just vanishes nowhere.

The overall strength of Mas in BS and BD this year is impressive. Tee Jing Yi is good and she is a true fighter. Mas is usually good in BD but the performance of Iskandar Zulkarnain and Mohd Shawal this year, has lifted our chances of winning the team event. I believe they will continue their fine run in the individual events.
To be fair to Mas payers, I would say that China sends their best in the girls line-up except Li Xuerui. Who else if not Chen Xiaojia, Tang Jinhua and Xia Huan , the junior champions? China leaves out Chen Yuekun, Qiao Ping and Deng Peng for whatsoever reaon but Chen is nowhere near to Wang Zhengming, last year BS champion in terms of level of play.Tian Houwei is also one of the top juniors if not the best. So even if they send the best, the fight might be closer but Mas still has a decent chance of winning BS and BD. Iskandar is good and he has proven it by winning convincingly againt players from Korea, India, Japan and China.
Mas has been doing consistently well in the junior event in the past few years and hopefully, a star is in the making.

MAS has some very good players and I think they have a very good chance to take at least some medals in the individual event. But still China decided to keep their best team at home, which is a pitty. Nevertheless great victory for them!

From the results I've seen so far I think Zainuddin wil take MS. I think it will be a very close battle in WS...

Was there this morning to see MAS juniors beating the CHN counterparts. I would say Iskandar has the potential to go far. Just hope BAM nuture him and hopefully he doesn't stagnate like some of his predecessors.
Oh, and I also spotted "the capped one" sitting on the CHN bench. Maybe he is here to give moral support to his son?
Others spotted were Rexy and Hendrawan. Also saw Arif, LiewDarren and Lydia there to give moral support to their juniors.
