Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen make sure that Korea only has 1 MD pair left in the draw as they triumphed in rubber-set.
come on Alan....!! why ıs always excuses when Chına players lost to other players...very typıcal chınese fans...just accept ıt...
ıt ıs good for humor...but ıf non chınese fans say ıt....you can see the bomb statements from chınese fans...
Oh. I uploaded some of the Malaysian games. Sorry about the quality of the video. At least can see something lah.
..quite a day of unexpected upsets. Amongst them, top MD pairs from KOR and JPN going down.. Off topic: Indeed, both were very young at that time. Gade was starting to reach his peak whilst on the other hand Taufik was just starting to put his footprints in the professional badminton circuit. Their level of play & tactics were also quite obvious. However, despite winning a few SS titles recently, Gade has never really been the same after his knee injury and surgery, back in 2001-2002.
Hats off to you george... I was seriously having goosebumps when I was watching this game. Very old and omg, i didnt know both of these players were THIS SKILLED. Im sorry LD fans, but he is nothing compared to PG in his prime (IMO). OMG thanks man ! And taufik, what can I say, was, still is and will always be my idol <3
LOL...and I thought only INA players cannot play during the cold winter months when the Korea, AE, and Swiss SS are usually held.
This is the most lame excuse I've heard. I never heard of players from countries like Denmark and Finland complaining about the tropical weather.

Petya beating the **** out of Hongyan Pi: Wed 6/10/2009 2:20 PM WS Petya NEDELCHEVA-Hongyan PI [5] 21-18 21-11 YES! YES! YES!
Singapore's showing I was happy that our Singapore team put up a relatively good showing, the best of which was when small build Fu Mingtian defeated her much taller and higher-ranked China opponent Lu Lan (7) , 8-21, 21-9, 21-19 in the WS. In the adjacent court, Fu's teammate Zhang Beiwen almost beat another better-known China player, Wang Lin (3), just losing out in the end despite leading for most part of the rubber, 21-10, 18-21, 19-21. It must have given WL's coach, Zhang Ning, much anxiety throughout. Other notable wins from Singapore include brothers Hendri and Hendra's MD defeat of perennial Malaysian veteran opponents Choong TF and Lee WW (8) 21-9, 17-21, 21-10; Shinta Mulia Sari and Yao Lei's convincing WD victory over Japan's pair of Miyuki Maeda and Satoko Suetsuna (6) 21-15, 21-15; Xing Aiying's WS win over Denmark's Nana Brosolat Jensen 2-7, 21-18 and Danny Bawa Chrisnanta and Yao Lei's XD conquer of Korea's Han Sang Hoon and Jang Ye Na 23-21, 21-18.
I think Yao Lei/Shinta Mulia Sari will rise up to the top 10 (now WR14) pretty soon. They have the age advantage and of course Yao Lei being a World Junior Champions last year.
