I recently bought a Nano Speed 800 from central sports which had free delivery and took advantage of their offer for 40% off another product. When I received my invoice for my order I was charged delivery which I queried. The reply was that the delivery charge was for the extra product which I had ordered. This I didn't mind, but when the parcel arrived it was placed inside the same packaging as the racket. It was never made clear that ordering another product negated the free delivery or was it made clear that any product that could be placed inside the racket parcel would be done so. I am yet to receive a reply from central sports who unfortunately look to lose a customer due to dubious and frankly plain stupidity on their part. How they're planning to justify charging me for delivery of items placed inside the box that the racket came in I'm intrigued to know... C.
I had some bad experience with central sports customer service, so I put some post about my negative experience with them a few years ago http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showpost.php?p=301784&postcount=7 http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showpost.php?p=301555&postcount=5 cheers, Twobeer
