guys, i have a session with my colleague at new vision also at tmr 11am to 1pm at court 8. we start play at 11am, we got 5 ppl. shall we play together?
My comment is it will be confusing due to the time overlapping la. Why not next time u get your colleagues to play with us too.. worse case we just get one more court! Or if not too late, call NV and ask to change to 10am to 12 same with us! Hence we will have 4 court. JK any opinion?

lol... ya the maximum record is 5 courts. but nothing special, just the organiser headache only.. lol emm... i have a solution, case 1, if tmr u guys play 10 to 12 no extend, then we 5 ppl pay half can?(we play 11 to 12). in this case u can count us 3 headcount(6person/2). so means "2 hours play total cost/(16+3)". case 2, if u guys got extend to 1pm, then we 5ppl just pay full amount. in this case u can count us 5 headcount.so means "3 hours play total cost/(16+5)". what say you?
Hi, Case 1 dont sound good cause it's not fair to you. Plus u only add 1 hour for all the trouble. Case 2 will most probably not work because, most probably we will extend 1 more hour (for 2 courts). BUT not everyone will extend, some will leave @12. hence we always settle one raound at 12 and then another round at 1. Hence it will be confusing. OR Case 3, the last hour 12 to 1 we count total ppl, combine become 3 court whereby each court cost RM15 and i pay you your RM15 court fee and everyone start using our shuttles & finally everyone pay jk the (total cost / total ppl during the last hour). Case 4 my preference, avoid the confusion. What say you? I think we need an admin. muahahaha.
case 3, if u wanna collect fund separate 2 times, then 10 to 12 count us 3 headcount, 12 to 1 count us 5 headcount. case 4, if u are in trouble then we just separate play sorry brother, i should have told them to confirm b4 thursday next time

Ok...so now we have 3 courts that is 10AM - 12PM Then we have 1 court that is 11AM - 1PM So in order to not have that much confusion later. Lets start splitting the people into 2 groups. Then we'll know how many courts required for the extension to 1 PM.
