Let's see: HK(6*) Tai Pei(4*) China(6*) JR/Lars q/f s/f winner Choong/Lee final 1st round final Ha/Kim q/f winner q/f Close stuff. Looks like JR/Lars edge out marginally.
I think the Danes is making a comeback.. Peter Gade is back with his impressive game over Chen Hong. I hope he will win some major tourney next year. Watch out for Denmark
Had Choong/Lee won today, they should be the overall best in the last 3 tourneys. JR/Lars did not do well in HK and Taiwan, while Ha/Kim were bundled out by Choong/Lee in last 8 at both HK and China. So, not sure who's the best? Don't forget Lee/Yoo who won in HK.
I discounted Lee/Yoo because of losing in China fairly early- I can't get the results on my computer to check exactly which round they went out in.
Wonder if they will be brave enough to eat those exotic foods that Guang Dong is famous for!!!! Civet cats anybody??
In that case, I think JR/Lars should be the best coz winning a 6* and semis in 4* virtually wipe out the rest. Ha/Kim's major letdown were being stopped in last 8 of both 6* tourneys.
today is a very down day in Malaysia and for Malaysians.when i type this message ,outside my house is raining heavily!!!!
No wonder our players lost lah... Luckily I didn't buy 4D today coz it's simply no luck for Malaysians today! Our players have done their best but simply lack of lady luck besides them!
Doesn't it always rain in Malaysia, especially in November and December? If rain is a measure of a down day, poor Malaysia will be in trouble. Anyway, Choong/Lee did very well and defeated several top doubles teams on route to the final. Choon Han is among the top 3 or 4 singles players given his overall performance this year. Ron
