badhen, i called them just now. they have training session, 6-8pm on sundays. I'm planning to join as well .. hence, I'm cancelling my plan to have sessions @ usj23 on sunday nights for the time being ..
ermm...that means this Sunday night you gonna be there,right??I 70% be there too.But you know how many trainnee on the day?? So sad you cancel the session..is ok... . Then,each session RM25 or have to pay full month for RM100?? Ahhen

The training is bearing fruits... I am continuing for the third month straight! (Until i get my full revenge!)
The training is quite effective and improvements are obvious. Though having said that, I think once a week is going to take us a long long time to really improve.
U can come in and join at anytime. There isn't really a limit to how many attendees there are in one session. Though, as the number of trainees increase, they will start getting more trainers.
havent played badminton since nov last year.. might joining this training on sunday session.. already make appointment on this sunday 10am-12pm.. szean, come join us also.. i think just me and 1 of my friend will be on that session..
may i know where is the location of the court ? how to spot the court ? any landmark or full address ?
