    Technically... you are right that he is disrespectful. :) . But you don't know the whole story on why he is on t shirt. Anyway there are few people who wore tshirts there as well.

    In an engagement ceremony,it it ok to wear casual,for me.Because it's common here for the malays.
    In fact,the presence of Fairuz is not 'compulsory'.

    Wear a abit formal dresses at least, not the shirt u wear to go Pasar Malam (night market) at chow kit...
