at least we can see European players win titles more than Asian player..
    it can be competitive next..
Next tournament is All England, the oldest & the most prestiguos super series..
hope INDONESIA players at their top performance at this tournament..
all the top players will take part, it's hard to predict who will win..
    AYO, INDONESIA.. KALIAN BISA.. BUKTIKAN..

you have to make a suggestion
hwang ji man or lee jae jin are the only alternatives..
but i dont think this will be very sensible.

Lee jae jin have already retired..
LYD should find younger partner than JJS..

Lee JJ already left the national squad. Hwang may have a new partner in Han Sang Hoon, they played for MO but Han partnered Shin for KO.

Suggestions have been that perhaps Cho GUn Woo is a better partner for LYD.
CUrrently Cho is partnering Yoo Yeon Seong to become Korea no 3 MD.

    JJS make many errors today.
we cannot judge player just from one match he lost..
there are many matches he played better than LYD..

JJS always makes many error, especially when defending. I think he is not good enough to partner LYD.

JJS is like a burden for LYD...

why they injured? >>>> fall, landing incorrectly, sprain, got it during training/matches.. etc etc...and despite having those, still wanna keep playing... in short, definitely not virus effect

or sick? >>> should be weather thing or, health issue... again... not sure if it's virus thing... :) might be... but this apply to all of us also if we don't take care of ourselves :D

Homeground advantage has proven to be a misnomer so far. Both MAS and KOR only able to win 1 title in their respective home SS, while other foreign team won 3 each.

2009 Korea Open SS Finals: Denmark winning 3 titles

    .
It's better to return home to read the ongoing scores given by our BCers (as the matches were progressing) than to go straight to tournamentsoftware to get the final scores.

Thank you to all who have posted the ongoing scores, especially to ctjcad who did the bulk of it.

So, LCW didn't win (All PAWers should be surprised :p). Well Done to Peter Gade.
The other BIG surprise was that JJS/LYD didn't win too.

Congratulations to DEN for winning 3 titles.

But truly, all players who have made it to the Finals ought to be congratulated.

After their long break I hope Malaysian MDs will do well at AE. Hope Dato LCW can win AE after this defeat :) Also I hope Dato Misbun get better and can guide him at AE.
