I have been told that this carol was first performed in 1818. Yes, that's 190 years ago. So let's sing together, shall we? At our Christmas party last Saturday, our choir members sang Silent Night in different languages including Japanese and Mandarin. I love singing in parts for this carol and the harmony of voices is just beautiful!
